DOUGH BOYS ASSISTANT MANAGERS: Position Requirements Must be willing to get involved in community service. Must be a team player, willing to answer phone, bus tables, deliver pies when necessary Maintaining customer relations. Supervising all aspects of facility (this includes making sure restrooms are stocked before each shift) Upholding product standards and specifications Come up with promotional ideas Preparing inventory list weekly and submitting to main office Preparing employee schedules, vacations and reviews Auditing receipts and invoices, and make deposits Performing closing procedures, directs his/her staff in performing their duties Recording any conflicts, suggestions or comments so we can make improvements or corrections Time Requirements Typically 55 hours per week Hire and train effectively to enhance your time on and time off
